Alexander Linkov has been living in Israel for the last 10 years. The press service said that the scientist had visited South Ossetia within the framework of his visit to South Ossetia at the invitation of the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic.
"During the working meeting with Rector Vadim Tedeev, a range of issues of interest to South Ossetia was discussed," the press service said.
The university noted that the scientist donated to the university his books, which are of great scientific and practical interest for students and faculty.
The interlocutor of the agency added that during the visit to the South Ossetian State University, the scientist was given a tour of the entire complex, after which his open lecture took place.
“Knowledge used in the process of preparation and decision-making becomes information, Linkov believes, and explains each of his statements based on his work experience,” the press service said. - Linkov noted the great potential of the South Ossetian State University in the construction of modern working methods.
