Republic of South Ossetia has clearly defined foreign policy priorities. Our main ally is and will be the Russian Federation, Head of State Alan Gagloev has noted in his address to the people and the Parliament.
"Aggression against Russia is considered by us as aggression against South Ossetia. From the first day of the start of the special operation, it was supported by the leadership of the Republic of South Ossetia. Our servicemen and volunteers, side by side with the Russian soldier, stood up to protect common interests in this battle with Ukrainian neo-Nazism, which became a puppet in hands of the collective West," he said.
At present, according to the President, the Republic has built constructive and friendly relations with the top leadership of the Russian Federation, which understands all the problems of the Republic and is ready to provide the necessary assistance in political, economic and other spheres.
"Interaction with sectoral ministries and departments of the Russian Federation is at a high level, together with which significant projects are being implemented to increase socio-economic development of the Republic," the President has stressed.
