South Ossetia and Russia will discuss the geopolitical significance of Russia's recognition of the Republic's independence.
According to Rossiya Segodnya, a video bridge between Moscow and Tskhinval will be held on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of Russia's recognition of the independence of South Ossetia.
The event will take place on August 22, at 11.00.
The participants of the video bridge will be Deputy Executive Director of the Society for the Development of Russian Historical Education "Double-Headed Eagle", Candidate of Politics Artur Ataev, deputy of the Parliament of South Ossetia, Chairman of the Nykhas Party Zita Besaeva, State Advisor to the President, Chairman of the Fydybasta (Fatherland) Party Vyacheslav Gobozov, Head of the Caucasus Department of the Institute of the CIS Countries, Candidate of History Vladimir Novikov, Professor, Rector of the South Ossetian State University Vadim Tedeev, State Advisor to President of South Ossetia Batradz Begizov.
