President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev sent a telegram of condolences to the General Director of the State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Russia Vladimir Urin in connection with the death of the famous ballerina and teacher, People's Artist of the USSR and the Republic of South Ossetia, Honored Artist of the Republic of South Ossetia Svetlana Adyrkhaeva.
"With deep regret, I received the news of the death of the People's Artist of the USSR and the Republic of South Ossetia, Honored Artist of the Republic of South Ossetia, the famous ballerina and teacher, a prominent public figure Svetlana Dzantemirovna Adyrkhaeva," reads the telegram of condolences published on the official website of the head of state.
Gagloev has noted that the legendary and great, she was the personification of femininity and at the same time the inflexibility of character and willpower, she went through a long and difficult professional path.
"Her creative destiny was inextricably linked with the Bolshoi Theater, on the stage of which she performed brilliant parts. Svetlana Adyrkhaeva devoted all her talent to the service of Russian choreography, glorifying her native Ossetia and great Russia.
At this mournful hour, I share with you the bitterness of irreparable loss and send deep condolences to all the relatives and friends of Svetlana Dzantemirovna in connection with their grief," the President said.
Gagloev has noted that South Ossetia will forever keep the bright memory of Svetlana Dzantemirovna Adyrkhaeva - one of the best daughters of Ossetia, the brightest person and great master.
