The citizen was expelled to Georgia in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of South Ossetia “On the State Border”.
“On November 19, 2023, the Georgian citizen Arakelovi Paata Rafikaevich, born in 1989, resident of the village of Akhrisi, Gori municipality, was detained by employees of the South Ossetian border authorities for illegally crossing the state border of the Republic.
