Committee on Youth Policy and Sports of South Ossetia is nearing the end of the collection of assistance to the fighters of the special military operation as part of the all-Russian campaign “Warmth for a Hero.”
As reported to IA “Res” by the information department of the Committee, the all-Russian action is timed to coincide with the Defender of the Fatherland Day.
“The collection of aid will last until the end of the month, so those who wish can still have time to take part in the campaign. You can bring warm clothes, personal hygiene items, and non-perishable essential products to the aid collection point located in the Committee,” the Committee has noted.
The department has noted that one of the entrepreneurs, Violetta Kokoeva, organized a collection of financial aid in the store and brought the collected amount to the Committee. Another resident of the Republic brought dugout furnaces for the fighters.
After the end of the action, the Committee will send the collected items to the recipients.
