President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev addressed words of congratulations to the female leaders of Russia on International Women's Day on March 8.
In the congratulatory address to the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matvienko, Gagloev noted that “at all times, a woman has been and remains the personification of beauty, wisdom and kindness.”
“That is why this spring day is filled with the brightest feelings and warmth. The world is becoming better, kinder thanks to women’s spiritual generosity, charming tenderness and amazing inner strength. You, women, make this world more beautiful, give life, raise and educate children,” - the text of the congratulations reads.
Gagloev wished Matvienko good health, prosperity, success in all endeavors and spring mood.
President of South Ossetia has also congratulated the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova on the occasion of March 8th.
“This day is one of the most joyful and bright holidays, a symbol of spring renewal and beauty. At the same time, this holiday is intended to celebrate the special role of women, their contribution to the socio-economic and political development of the country,” the head of the South Ossetian state said.
Alan Gagloev also addressed words of congratulations to Maria Lvov-Belova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation.
“Women keep the warmth of the home, inspiring men to noble deeds, selflessly giving care and patience. This bright holiday, filled with warmth, is invariably marked by deep respect for women,” the president noted in the letter of congratulations.
In his congratulatory address to Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova, Gagloev has emphasized that March 8 is a wonderful day, one of the most joyful holidays of the wonderful time of spring renewal and revival of nature.
