“The committed act of terrorism is shocking by its cruelty and unscrupulousness of its perpetrators. I express my sincere condolences to all the families and friends of those killed, strength and a speedy recovery to those injured as a result of the terrorist attack. I am sure that the perpetrators will suffer the most severe punishment,” Alan Gagloev said.
On the evening of March 22, before the start of the event in a concert hall in Krasnogorsk, the unknown men in camouflage clothing broke into the building and began shooting in the Crocus City Hall.
