The shelves of the Perekrestok and Azbuka Vkusa chain stores in Russia have been replenished with an interesting new product - beer from South Ossetia.
As reported to IA “Res” by trade representative of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation, Taimuraz Goginov, the sale of this product became possible thanks to the agreements reached during the Republic’s participation in such international exhibitions as Prodexpo, BEER, etc.
“In the Perekrestok network, the products of the Kel Brewery are represented by a classic lager and dark beer, in the ABC of Taste - two light lagers and dark beer. If the buyer continues to vote, which we are sure of, then in the future we hope to get into other formats - for example, a large chain of stores - Pyaterochka,” he said.
According to Goginov, Russian consumers have already shown interest in the hoppy drink, although it has only recently appeared on the shelves.
“We see good feedback, and they are important for further product development. The brewery counts on active feedback and is ready to make adjustments in accordance with customer wishes,” the sales representative said.
As shared by Goginov, the Kel Brewery has big plans ahead. In the coming months, it is planned to expand the range of products and increase the number of export positions on the Russian market.
“This year it is planned to start producing a new type of beer - ale. We have already made many test brews, are working on the recipe and are planning to launch the variety in May. But, of course, this is just the beginning,” he has noted.
The sales representative has emphasized that in the future the High Mountain Kel Brewery hopes to expand its product range even further.
