A car rally was held in the hero city of Tskhinval in support of Russian President Vladimir Putin. On Tuesday, Putin took the oath of office and officially assumed the post of President of the Russian Federation for a new six-year term.
Andrey Ottaev, Chairman of the youth wing of the South Ossetian political party Nyhas, told the “Res” news agency that more than ten cars had taken part in the action.
“Today the inauguration ceremony of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin took place, and we want to show him our gratitude and support by this motor rally. Everyone knows what invaluable assistance the Russian President provides to people of South Ossetia,” Ottaev has noted.
The Chairman of the youth wing expressed deep gratitude to all participants of the rally.
The event was organized by the youth wing of the Nykhas party.
