Children of the South Ossetian fighters perished during the special military operation received one-time payments from President of the Republic, Alan Gagloev, on Children's Day.
On the eve of the holiday, the head of state met with the families and children of the South Ossetian fighters perished in the special military operation.
The President promised the families of the deceased comprehensive support from the state.
"In the special military operation, to our great regret, many of our worthy guys lost their lives, each of whom showed an example of true courage. But life goes on; you must be strong for the sake of your children. And the leadership will always provide you with the necessary help and support, especially for children, whether in obtaining education or some other issue," the president said.
The head of state addressed those present so that they always be sure to contact the country's leadership, once again assuring that the leadership will pay close attention to them.
At the meeting, individual families voiced their problems. To a large extent, the discussion was about employment. The head of state gave instructions on the spot to resolve the issues.
