Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia, Akhsar Dzhioev, accompanied by Ambassador of the Republic to Nicaragua and Venezuela, Narim Kozaev, arrived in Caracas.
The delegation is heading to Nicaragua to participate in ceremonial events dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Sandinista revolution, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
At the airport, the head of the foreign policy department was met by Russian Ambassador to Venezuela Sergei Melik-Bagdasarov and representatives of the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry.
