A fighter from South Ossetia, Radislav Khugaev, died in the zone of the special military operation of Russia, is a real hero, Assistant to Russian State Duma deputy Viskhan Madaev during gas noted the opening of a monument to Khugaev in the city of Kvaysa.
"I congratulate you on the birth of such a hero. He did not die; he will remain in the history of his people. Today is a difficult time; the Russian Federation is united in all national understandings. I am glad that we are defending our great, vast Motherland side by side today. I am very glad to be among those invited, glad that I have the opportunity to speak to our brother warriors today. We understand this pain like no one else, we have experienced more than one war," Madaev has emphasized.
Viskhan Madaev has expressed confidence that the Russian Federation will win.
"Love your Motherland, love each other. We will win, Russia is strong, Russia is mighty," he has noted.
Radislav Khugaev died on March 27, 2022, during the special Russian military operation in Ukraine. Having been ambushed with his colleagues, Radislav called fire on himself, thereby giving his comrades the opportunity to leave.
