South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev met with the fighters of the Alania sabotage and reconnaissance detachment as part of the trip to the special military operation zone.
He has got acquainted with the results of combat work, visited the UAV laboratory and the museum with captured equipment. The President presented the Defender of the Fatherland medals to the most distinguished volunteers.
At the end of the visit, Alan Gagloev talked to the fighters in the informal setting, discussing their daily service, and also heard suggestions and wishes
On behalf of the command and personnel, the commander of the Alania battalion, Skif, expressed gratitude to the President, emphasizing his constant attention to the needs of the fighters, comprehensive support and care. He has noted that such assistance strengthens the fighters' confidence in achieving all the assigned tasks and bringing the overall victory closer.
Earlier, the President has met with the servicemen of the 4th military base and fighters of the Ossetian units and handed them humanitarian aid.
Part of the humanitarian aid will be sent to the Alania battalion.
