The South Ossetian State Song and Dance Group "Simd" will perform in Maykop with one of the strongest creative groups in the Caucasus - the Adyghe "Nalmes". This was reported by the press service of Ministry of Culture of the Republic of South Ossetia.
As noted by the Ministry, the performance will take place on April 23, this will be the first concert of "Simd" this year as part of the project "We are Russia".
"The tour of the State Group "Simd" in the cities of the Southern Federal District will begin in Maykop, which will end on April 29 with a concert in Volgograd. Like the performance in St. Petersburg, the Group will dedicate its concert here to the Anniversary of Victory and, in particular, to the heroic city of Stalingrad,” the Ministry of Culture has noted.
It should be reminded that since 2024, “Simd” has become the annual participant in the All-Russian tour and concert plan and the “We are Russia” project. The South Ossetian Group is the only foreign one included in the project.
