South Ossetia has developed a new socio-economic development program for 2026-2030, within the framework of which investors can be provided with preferential loans and comfortable conditions for business development. This was stated by Prime Minister Konstantin Dzhussoev in the interview with TASS on the sidelines of the SPIEF.
“We have developed a new program for 2026-2030, where significant amounts have been allocated for the preferential lending program, and, naturally, we are waiting for investors. A free economic zone is now opening in South Ossetia, which we want to offer to our investors. We have very convenient conditions for business development,” Dzhussoev said.
As noted by the Prime Minister, large-scale projects have already been implemented in South Ossetia within the framework of the 2022-2025 socio- economic development program.
"In a short period of time, we have implemented major projects that have already started operating and the manufactured products are supplied to the Russian market. This is a canning plant, a natural stone processing plant, a timber processing plant and a brewery, which was modernized. Today, the South Ossetian products are presented in almost each federal retail chain in Russia," Dzhussoev has concluded.
