South Ossetia raised in Geneva the issue of extending the mandate of the independent expert
The South Ossetian party at a meeting in Geneva raised the issue of extending the mandate for the work of an independent expert from the OSCE, Dusan Ignatovich, on ithe ssues of South Ossetian citizens who went missing in August 2008, said presidential plenipotentiary for post-conflict settlement Murat Dzhioev, head of the South Ossetian delegation, said at a briefing in Tskhinval International discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia.
