South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov have met today with the Head of the Executive Office of the President of the Russian Federation on socio-economic cooperation with the CIS states, the Republic of South Ossetia and Abkhazia Oleg Govorun, who arrived in the Republic on a working visit.
