Representatives of a number of public organizations, national movements of Karachaevo-Cherkesya made an appeal in which they expressed their concerns about the situation around the Republic of South Ossetia.
The device that exploded this morning was similar to the device that exploded at the entrance to the garage of the Security Council Secretary Oleg Alborov. This was announced by Anatoly Barankevich, Minister of Defense of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Today at 9 a.m. was carried out an attempt to murder a prominent defender of the Independence of South Ossetia Balla Bestauty. The explosives was fixed on a tree next to his house and exploded when the streets were already full of people.

On 11 July the officers of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of South Ossetia stopped a vehicle that belonged to the OSCE Mission in Tskhinval. Further to that the acting chairman of the OSCE Karel De Gyukht demanded an explanation from the leadership of South Ossetia. Today the officers of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of South Ossetia near village Zar stopped a vehicle that belongs to the OSCE Office in Tskhinval.
Earlier the Ministry of Interior of Georgia announced that all the people that crowded at the check point Upper Lars will be allowed to enter Georgia till 14 July through South Ossetia. After 14 July those that are going to Georgia will not to take the same root.

The Ossetian side made an announcement in respect of the illegal road blockage by the Georgian forces. The announcement particularly says that if by 10 a.m. on July 11, 2006 the part of the TransCaucasian highway Tamarasheni-Kekhvi is not opened for free movement, the Ossetian side will take adequate measures.
