Today the officers of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of South Ossetia near village Zar stopped a vehicle that belongs to the OSCE Office in Tskhinval. According to Mikhail Mindzaev, Minister of Interior, the area is not part of the conflict zone and the presence of the OSCE representative in that area without prior coordination with the leadership of the Republic is illegal. “We will take all possible measure to avoid similar incidents”, - noted the Minister.
