As a result of the carried out monitoring of the tripartite observers of the Operative Staff of JPKF together with the representatives of the mission of OSCE is established the fact of an armed attack on the post of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of South Ossetia of the town Tskhinval from the territory of Georgia, as a result of which the three employees have received gunshot wounds of various degree of severity.
The commander of JPKF general-major Marat Kulakhmetov in his interview to the correspondents of the TV channel \"Russia\" has declared, that « tonight in the zone of the conflict roughly from 3.40 to 3.50 an armed attack is made on the southern outskirts of Tskhinval, on the post of the law enforcement bodies of South Ossetia . The attack was carried out by the group of nearby five persons. It is possible to tell unequivocally, and that was confirmed by the group of monitoring of the tripartite observers with the representatives of the mission of OSCE ,who ascertained, that the group has come from the territory,which is under the control of the Georgian party, and has returned back on the same territory. The given group had special weapons. The given fact testifies, that they were not the casual people, who have come on territory of South Ossetia, and had for an object the concrete provocative actions ».
From the statements of the Commander of JPKF general-major Marat Kulakhmetov is obvious the fact, that to the attributes established as a result of monitoring of the tripartite observers of the Operative Staff of JPKF together with the representatives of the mission of OSCE, in the given situation the fighting conflict has been initiated by the special armed forces of Georgia with the use of special shooting arms for conducting silent fire in night conditions. Also is obvious the fact, that the named group of the special forces has arrived from the territory of Georgia.
For the present moment no official response has been given on the fact of the armed attack on the part of Georgia by the management of the mission of OSCE.
