In connection with the tonight`s incident on the southern outskirts of the capital of South Ossetia Republic, Tskhinval, the decision on location of a temporary post since February, 1st, 2007 from 18.00 pm. in the structure of one branch from the Russian peace-making battalion and the observers from the three parties is accepted by the command of the Joint Forces on Peacekeeping in the zone of the georgian-ossetian conflict.
