The International children’s protection day is celebrated today in the Republic of South Ossetia. This occasion is of particular importance in South Ossetia claimed in interview to IA «Res» correspondent the President of RSO Eduard Kokoity.
«This is undoubtfully one of the most remarkable holidays, particularly in South Ossetia were practically all the children are the “war generation”»-said Kokoity.
«The children of South Ossetia witnessed many serious ordeals. We are attaching special importance to this holiday. The elder generation has to keep in mind the future of children, every day we should take care of the next generation »-underlined the President.
Eduard Kokoity emphasized the importance of improving of the demographical situation in South Ossetia».
«We need to tackle the demographical situation. A State Program has been elaborated and it must be realized. And of course its realization will be under our control. This is a priority. Today we have to create conditions for young families, so as our children have an opportunity to learn in accordance with international norms, to provide our children with everything.
