As the head instructor Vladimir Sozaev reported IA "Res", "the tournament will be held in Anapa September, 9 – 19, 2012. It will be the large- scale children`s competition. It will bring together more than eight thousand young representatives of different types of martial arts from many Russian cities and regions, as well as from other states,"- said Sozaev.

According to him, within the frames of the Martial Arts Games will be held competitions in karate, sambo, Viet Vo Dao, Thai boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, karate, Kyokushin, jiu-jitsu, taekwondo and other types of martial arts.
"South Ossetia will be represented at the tournament by Elina Lalieva Christina Zhuravleva, Michael Pukhaev, Vladimir Dzhigkaev and Dmitry Gazzayev. They will come to compete in Kyokushinkai karate. Our athletes were very happy to receive an invitation to the competition. They have been diligently training for the tournament the whole summer"- continued Sozaev.
According to him, Christina Zhuravleva (weight class up to 50 kg) and Elina Lalieva (weight class up to 55 kg) and Michael Pukhaev (weight class up to 40 kg) will be performing among the athletes aged 12-13.
"Vladimir Dzhigkaev and Dmitry Gazzaev will perform among the athletes aged 14-15 in the weight class up to 60kg and 65kg respectively," - he added.
It should be noted, that earlier Christina Zhuravleva has taken second place in the Kyokushinkai Karate competition, which was held within the framework of the fourth open children and youth games of martial arts in North Ossetia, and Elina Lalieva and Vladimir Dzhigkaev have become the bronze medalists of the tournament.
