South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has received a group of deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, representing the LDPR faction, led by Ian Zelinsky, arrived in the Republic to attend the VII Congress of the People's Party of South Ossetia.

Leonid Tibilov welcomed the guests and thanked them for their hard work in strengthening bilateral relations and supporting the development of parliamentarianism in the Republic.
"I always welcome in our land the experts working in the name of developing and strengthening the historical traditions of friendship and cooperation between the two nations - Russia and South Ossetia - the president said. – It is nice to note that the political system of our Republic has met with warm support from Russia, and your participation at the recent Congress of the People's Party of South Ossetia is clear evidence. "
In turn, Jan Zielinsky has thanked the President for the warm welcome, noting that "he has visited the republic the third time and feels at home here." The current visit to South Ossetia, according to the MP, was very fruitful, as they had signed a legal agreement on friendship and cooperation between the two parties - the Liberal Democratic Party and the People's Party of South Ossetia.
The meeting was also attended by the leader of the People's Party of South Ossetia Kazimir Pliev.
