The South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev has received the Republic's representative in Austria, Patrick Poppel, who is in Tskhinval on a working visit, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reports.
"During the meeting, issues of expanding cooperation and strengthening international ties have been discussed. Patrick Poppel told about his activities to convey objective information about the history and culture of the Republic to the world community," the press service has noted.
Akhsar Dzhioev thanked Patrick Poppel for his active civic position and his work as the representative.
During the visit, the representative of the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry in Austria visited the A.A. Tibilov South Ossetian State University, and also answered journalists' questions at the briefing at the press center of the Information and Press Committee of the Republic of South Ossetia and on the radio MIA "Sputnik South Ossetia".
