The victims of the Beslan tragedy were commemorated at the South Ossetian Embassy in Moscow

By tradition September 3 employees of the South Ossetian diplomatic mission observed a minute of silence in memory of the victims of the tragic events in Beslan in September 2004.
As IA "Res" has been reported at the press service of the Embassy of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation, on the same day, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of South Ossetia to Russia Dmitry Medoev paid tribute to the soldiers of special forces "Alpha", "Vympel" at the Nicholas Archangel Cemetery in Moscow and laid flowers at the monument to the heroes.

That same morning the embassy staff attended the ceremonies commemorating the victims of the Beslan tragedy.
The mourning ceremonies were continued at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin in the Alanian town residence, where at the monument to the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan those present observed a minute of silence in memory of the dead and laid flowers at the monument, and then was held a prayer service for innocent victims.
The mourning ceremony was attended by Ambassador Dmitry Meadow, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy of North Ossetia to the Russian Federation Zurab Makiev, a member of the Federation Council of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania Alexander Totoonov, representatives of the Ossetian community in Moscow, community organizations, students of the Moscow Orthodox schools.
