"Based on one of the greatest, in my opinion, achievements, gained thanks to Russia - safety and fully guaranteed protection from any external threat by signing the Treaty with the Russian Federation, South Ossetia has the ability with the help of the Russian colleagues to strengthen the economy, to pay more attention to public health, - he said. - We have equipped the Republican Hospital, built children's center; Russian clinics take on the treatment the citizens of South Ossetia, in all districts of the Republic, even in some remote villages, are functioning medical centers. The head of Administration of Tskhinval district has also noted that "people are again involved in agriculture, and we have the opportunity to purchase local products".
"Within the framework of the Investment program are built educational institutions, the construction of the South Ossetian Drama Theatre has become an event, awaited for many years, in the cultural life of the country", - he said.
The results of the assistance provided by the Russian Federation, according to Pliev, have a positive impact in the country.
