The delegation of South Ossetia, led by First Deputy Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic Peter Gassiev, laid wreaths at the memorial of the first President of Abkhazia Vladislav Ardzinba located in the village of Lower Eschera, Sukhum district, and the memorial of the second President of Abkhazia Sergey Bagapsh, in the village of Dzhgyarda, according to the official website of the Parliament.
The South Ossetian delegation is in Abkhazia as observers in the presidential election. The delegation also includes First Deputy Head of the Presidential Executive Office Alan Dzhussoev and the CEC Secretary Kristina Avlokhova.
