In the "red zones" of the Republican Multidisciplinary Medical Center (RMMC) of South Ossetia, seven people who had been ill with COVID-19 were discharged over the past day.
This was reported to IA "Res" by the chief infectious disease specialist of the Republic, Eleonora Dzhioeva.
According to her, as of the morning of January 31, 42 patients are in the "covid zones" of the medical center.
"In the infectious building of the RMMC, 23 people are being treated today, in the building of the children's hospital - 19. Of these, four are in the intensive care unit," said the doctor.
Over the past day, seven people were discharged from the "red zone" of the hospital, there are no hospitalized.
As noted by Dzhioeva , the admission and triage ward received 12 patients on Saturday. "43 people were tested in the admission and triage ward."
Dzhioeva has added, the mobile teams examined three patients at home.
The chief infectious disease specialist of the Republic appealed to residents of the Republic to observe the mask regime, sanitary standards to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection.
