The number of cases of coronavirus in South Ossetia has increased by six in a day, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy Head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, told IA "Res" on Tuesday. A day earlier, 12 cases of the disease were detected.
"As of March 23, 3178 cases of coronavirus were registered in the Republic (2754 recovered), of which 6 new cases of COVID-19 in a day. In total, 64 tests were conducted the day before," Gagloeva said.
According to her, 21 people were removed from the register in a day, 424 citizens with a positive test for coronavirus remain under the supervision of doctors.
In total, 19,725 tests have been carried out in the PCR laboratory since the fall of last year.
