Chairman of the Government of South Ossetia Gennady Bekoev and Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov in Moscow signed an intergovernmental agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of South Ossetia on the procedure and conditions for co-financing at the expense of the Russian Federation to increase the level of remuneration of employees of government bodies of the Republic of South Ossetia.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the parties have noted that the issues of bilateral cooperation are developing at a rather dynamic pace, which will need to be supported further, and the establishment of the institution of the state civil service in the Republic of South Ossetia is proceeding in accordance with the approved plan.
“The Ministry of Labor will provide methodological assistance, provide support in the implementation of the agreement and, in general, is ready for constructive dialogue and cooperation in matters of social and labor relations,” said Anton Kotyakov.
In turn, Gennady Bekoev thanked his Russian colleagues for their support and fruitful cooperation.

During the working meeting, they also discussed the implementation of the protocol to the agreement on co-financing the increase in wages of employees of state and municipal institutions, signed on May 25, 2021.
