Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Dmitry Medoev sent a congratulatory message to the Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Jorge Alberto Arreas Montserrat, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia reported.
“210 years ago, the heroic people of Venezuela made a historic decision that became a symbol of long-awaited freedom, national unity and justice. The signing of the Declaration of Independence became a solid foundation for the legislative development of Venezuela, which guaranteed the provision of conditions for the progressive and dynamic advancement of the country in all areas of state building,” the congratulation says.
Dmitry Medoev has expressed confidence that the unity and solidarity of the people of Venezuela, their commitment to the principles of peace and harmony, the traditions of good-neighborliness and friendship will continue to contribute to the comprehensive development and prosperity of Venezuela, and the allied relations that have developed between Tskhinval and Caracas will be strengthened and expanded in all areas of bilateral cooperation.
