In terms of activity - also "5" - more than 80 percent came to the elections. In terms of political culture, after the elections is also a high assessment, because the first two leaders of this election race recognized the results, they are ready for the second round. I have a very high assessment of the past elections," Tsekov said.
He has added that observers from the Russian Federation visited a number of polling stations during the voting, also visited one of the polling stations during the counting of votes, where, according to him, voters above the list were voting, no violations there were also no recorded any violations.

The candidate who receives more than half of the votes is considered elected.
