President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev took part in the closing ceremony of the Days of Culture of the Republic in Chechnya, the press service of the head of the South Ossetian state reports.
On Tuesday, at the Dagun Omaev Palace of Celebrations, a concert of the B. Galaev State Song and Dance Group of the Republic of South Ossetia "Simd" took place. Alan Gagloev arrived at the event together with Ramzan Kadyrov.
The head of the Chechen Republic wished everyone well-being and peace, noting the importance of cultural cooperation for establishing strong ties between peoples.
“South Ossetia and the Chechen Republic have long-standing cultural ties, and this festival has become a bright, memorable event for all of us. Thanks to Alan Eduardovich for personally coming to Grozny for the ceremony. The culture of the people of South Ossetia is original and unique. Recently, days of culture dedicated to our republic were held in Tskhinval, and our delegation was very warmly welcomed in South Ossetia, providing them with great support. Thanks to these events, we learn more about the traditions and customs of another people - through creativity, music, theater and dance. “There is no nation without culture,” said the first president, Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov. Today we are witnesses of how the two peoples are strengthening fraternal ties,” he said.
In his speech, the head of the South Ossetian state noted the importance of holding such events, which strengthen the relationship between the Chechen and Ossetian peoples, and thanked Ramzan Kadyrov and the government for the warm welcome.
He has also noted that one of the main purposes of the state is to ensure the cultural development of the nation.
We all remember the wise policy of Akhmat-Khadzhi Kadyrov, who believed that the material restoration of the republic should be on a par with the revival of cultural life. Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov said that “cities and villages can be restored, but if we lose traditions and customs, we will cease to be apeople.
Today we see that a new generation of artists and cultural figures has grown up, the Chechen Theater is working, and the Vainakh group is once again winning the hearts of the audience - as Akhmat - Hadji Kadyrov wanted," he said.
Alan Gagloev has also stressed that the attention paid by Ramzan Kadyrov and the government to cultural issues is one of the main guarantees for the development of the Chechen Republic, as well as friendship between the peoples of Russia.
“It is difficult to overestimate the contribution that the Kadyrov family has made to the development of culture in all its generations - both Ramzan Akhmatovich's mother Aimani Nesievna and daughter Aishat Ramzanovna are doing everything for the cultural prosperity of the Chechen Republic.
Ramzan Akhmatovich! You, as a true son of your people, have fulfilled all the precepts of your father,” the President said.
At the end of his address, Alan Gagloev has noted that the cultural exchange events are evidence of fraternal relations between the Chechen and Ossetian peoples.
“Such events are especially important now, when, shoulder to shoulder, Ossetian and Chechen fighters are opposing the West, which seeks to divide Russia and pit its peoples against each other, imposing their pseudo-values on us,” the President said.
At the end of the official part, the head of the Chechen Republic awarded Alan Gagloev with the medal "100 years of the founding of the Chechen Republic."
In addition, the medal "For Services to the Chechen Republic" was awarded to the Minister of Culture of South Ossetia, Rada Dzagoeva.
