Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Volvach at the working meeting on socio-economic cooperation between Russia and South Ossetia in Tskhinval said that the best sons of the Republic were standing shoulder to shoulder with brothers in arms, with the Russian army, volunteers.
“They are now solving the most important task and do not give a chance for Nazi revenge. We are grateful to you for this,” Volvach said.
According to him, in these difficult conditions, the minimum task is not to slow down the pace of development that was gained last year and continue working.
“Our task with you is on the economic track, so that against this background we do not slow down the pace gained last year,” the Deputy Minister said.
A delegation of representatives of the Russian Presidential Administration for Interregional and Intercultural Relations, headed by its chief Igor Maslov, the Ministry of Economic Development, headed by Deputy Minister Dmitry Volvach, and the Ministry of Energy, headed by Deputy Director of the Special Programs Department, Peter Vorontsov, arrived in South Ossetia the day before.
They inspected a number of construction sites in the capital, Dzau and Znauri district, and a trip to Leningor district is also planned on Friday.
