The South Ossetian State University teacher is taking part in the World Congress of Russian Studies in St. Petersburg
The Head of the Russian Language Department at the South Ossetian State University Zalina Tedeeva is taking part in the XV Congress of the International Association of Teachers of Russian Language and Literature in St. Petersburg.
As noted by Zalina Tedeeva in her commentary to IA “Res,”, the MAPRYAL Congress is the largest event in the life of world Russian studies.
“This year the theme of the congress is Russian language and literature in the changing world. It is attended by 500 delegates from 65 countries: philologists, teachers, literary scholars, and specialists in the field of translation studies. The program is very rich and interesting,” Tedeeva said.
According to her, at the congress, it is planned to hold general plenary sessions, meetings on the areas, and round tables.
The event is taking place from 12 to 16 September at the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.
