The work of the analogue of the “Safe City” hardware and software complex in South Ossetia and the assessment of the effectiveness of its work were discussed in Tskhinval by representatives of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation, the press service of the Republic’s law enforcement agency reported on Friday.
The meeting took place on the basis of the joint information and coordination center of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.
The Russian guests arrived in Tskhinval with the aim of providing practical and methodological assistance to the Center and to Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
“During the meeting, the parties have also discussed the fulfillment of obligations under the previously signed agreements,” the press service has noted.
The Russian colleagues expressed their readiness to jointly study further issues, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has assured.
