President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev is in Grozny at the invitation of the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov.
Presidential press Secretary Natalya Bosikova told reporters about this.
“Alan Eduardovich is currently in Grozny at the invitation of Ramzan Akhmatovich Kadyrov,” Bosikova said.
