The Envoy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia in the Benelux countries, Rodion Pukhaev, was awarded the “Compatriot Badge of Honor” in Belgium, the press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia reports.
The award was presented to the Plenipotentiary by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Belgium Alexander Tokovinin during a solemn ceremony, the Foreign Ministry has noted.
Rodion Pukhaev is a native of South Ossetia, the head of the international non-profit association “Renaissance Sandidzan” (“Renaissance”), the organizer of the Ossetian Culture Days in Europe.
