At the meeting on Thursday, the South Ossetian government approved the adoption of a draft law on the ratification of a protocol amending the agreement with the Russian Federation on pension provision for the Russian citizens permanently residing in South Ossetia.
As reported by Minister of Labor and Social Protection Oleg Gagloev, the amendments require their ratification by the South Ossetian Parliament.
“The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, together with the Ministries of Economic Development, Finance and Justice, have prepared a corresponding conclusion,” Gagloev has noted.
The conclusion will be sent to President of South Ossetia for further submission to the Republic’s Parliament for ratification.
