Representatives of South Ossetia took part in the online conference "Transnistria: 35 Years in the International Coordinate System," organized by the Council of Young Diplomats of Transnistria. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
The conference was attended by Vitaly Yankovsky, Head of the Official Representation of South Ossetia in the PMR; Alexander Vataman, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia in the PMR; Alan Pliev, Head of the Official Representation of Transnistria in South Ossetia; Garry Kupalba, Head of the Official Representation of Transnistria in Abkhazia; the staff from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Transnistria and South Ossetia; members of the
Council of Young Diplomats of the Abkhazian and South Ossetian Foreign Ministries; and the Council of Young Diplomats of Transnistria.
The conference opened with welcoming remarks from the heads of the official diplomatic missions.
The information on the activities of the Councils of Young Diplomats of Abkhazia, Transnistria, and South Ossetia was presented.
The conference continued with presentations by the participants of the Councils of Young Diplomats. The main topics of the presentations were: International Relations and Foreign Policy Identity, Youth Initiatives and Self-Organization, and 35 Years of Transnistria's Independence: the achievements.
The meeting resulted in agreements to continue cooperation within the Councils of Young Diplomats of Abkhazia, South Ossetia, and Transnistria.
