According to him, Russia is the guarantor of the security of the republics of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
“It is Russia that is the state that creates. It comes and helps, builds social facilities,” he said.
Pridnestrovian Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev discussed plans for interaction with the head of the South Ossetian Representative Office in the PMR Vitaly Yankovsky.
