Bibilov and Gagloev are entering the second round of the presidential elections in South Ossetia
The incumbent President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, after processing 95% of the protocols, is inferior to the leader of the Nykhas party, Alan Gagloev, who won 10,705 votes (36.9%), according to the first official results of the CEC of the Republic, presented at the press center of the CEC on Monday morning.
