The Georgian side has made one more attempt of aggravating of the situation in the zone of the conflict. Earlier the Government of South Ossetia Republic had repeatedly openly informed about the construction of a roundabout road in Znaur region, that would allow the inhabitants of the region to move freely, and the Georgian party wouldn"t raise any official claims in this occasion.
At present the machines with the Georgian armed divisions come from the direction of the Georgian village Nikozi to the place of construction of the road in the area of the ossetian village Mugut. The arrived military men threaten the constructors of the road with weapon and actually demand the stopping of the road-building works. Despite the efforts of the arrived at the place of the incident military observers of JPKF and the representatives of the mission of OSCE, the Georgian divisions, hourly increasing their number, continue blocking the village Mugut.
