Vadim Brovtsev inspected new construction sites

The Prime-Minister of South Ossetia Vadim Brovtsev monitored the works at new construction sites. Zurab Kabisov, the Chair of the State Committee for Rehabilitation, Soslan Bekoev, acting Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Directorate for Priority National Projects", representatives of the Committee for Rehabilitation accompanied the Prime-Minister. Brovtsev saw private and municipal houses in Tskhinval and the microdistrict "Moskovski". According to Soslan Bekoev, works at 70 % of private housing sites have started, and materials are being delivered to the rest 30 %.

"As to municipal housing , the works have already started at all sites", said Bekoev. Zurab Kabisov pointed to the fact that local employees were engaged in the work practically at all sites. "For last eighteen months, local staff had learnt a lot. They are professional enough practically at all sorts of work", he said. Vadim Brovtsev reiterated that all sties should be completed and handed over by the end of the year. "The terms of completion should be clearly identified and precise schedules should be presented. In general, I am satisfied with the construction process. There is still a number of issues needed further elaboration", said Vadim Brovstev on the results of his inspection visit. He added that it was necessary to promptly collect and submit hand-over documents.
