The president of North Ossetia Teimuraz Mamsurov signed a decree on mourning in the Republic.
According to the Decree, 10 September is the day of mourning in the Republic in connection with the terrorist attack occurred on Thursday. The state flags will be half-mast and all entertainment programs on local television as well as other events are cancelled.
According to recent data, the suicide attack at the central market in Vladikavkaz killed 16 people, more than 100 people were injured.
