A meeting was held in Moscow between Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev and Ambassador of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Republic of South Ossetia Alba Torres.

"The parties signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Government of the Republic of Nicaragua on the mutual waiver of visa formalities for holders of diplomatic, official, service and foreign passports," the press service of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic reports.

A delegation from the North Caucasus Federal University headed by Rector Dmitry Bespalov visited South Ossetia, the NCFU press service reports. During a meeting with Prime Minister of the Republic Konstantin Dzhussoev, it was noted that the University was s expanding the training program for civil servants and teachers of South Ossetia, and the results of cooperation over 10 years were summed up.
