South Ossetia has been unsuccessfully seeking the information about the fate of missing citizens for a long time - Kochiev
The issue of missing citizens is regularly raised at the Geneva International Discussions on Security and Stability in Transcaucasia, Konstantin Kochiev, State Advisor to President of South Ossetia and the head of the Republic's delegation represented in this format, said at then press conference in Tskhinval.
According to him, the initiative to discuss the topic of the missing persons in Geneva came from the South Ossetian delegation, since this issue is extremely painful for the Republic.
