In the near future the Committee on Migration Policy of South Ossetia will give the refugees and the internally displaced persons the keys from the two new houses, built by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

As IA "Res" has been informed by the employee of the Committee Lyudmila Dzhioeva, "the refugees and the internally displaced persons are currently living in the building of the agricultural college in Tskhinval that does not meet the standards of living. Moreover, based on the expert opinion, the building is in disrepair."
She has noted that the Committee on Migration Policy drew up lists of the families who in a few days will be able to become full owners of these homes.
"We have decided to transfer these homes to the possession of the lonely old people, because they don`t get support from anywhere," - said Dzhioeva.
It should be reminded, that the mission of the ICRC last week completed construction of two four-room houses in South Ossetia and transferred them to the Committee on Migration Policy of the Republic.
